Still waiting on the samples 2 weeks later.... have not received it. Online it says your company is “still getting it ready”. The Shop app doesn’t even show the 2 sample orders I placed.

Once again, perfect!

This is my 3rd set of electric shades from Alva. After installing my kitchen & master bedroom previously, I ordered the Smart Solar Shades in Soft Grey for our den. I can't say enough about the scenes, and putting all our shades on 7-day timers. Just one click is all it takes to open or close all your motorized shades. A considerable gain in time that's for sure! As a matter of fact, after seeing our shades, two of my neighbors have also ordered and are equally thrilled with their new window coverings!
