Our Euro Pleat Drapes feature heirloom stiffening in the headers that allows them to be shaped into neat, crisp pleats. Our drapes are finished by hand with double-turned, blind-stitched hems and weighted corners for perfect draping. Similar to our Pinch Pleat Drapes, this drapery style is easy-to-operate and highly functional.
Hand-crafted Detail
Each part of our Euro Pleat Drapes is hand-made using heritage techniques like double-turned hems and finishing buckram. Naturally insulated for optimal comfort throughout the seasons, our Belgian linen is woven from longer, stronger yarns, creating a fabric that’s softer, weightier, and more enduring than any other linen you’ve met.
Final Touch
Our custom drapes come with built in pleats that will create gentle folds below when mounted to the rod, so simply order the exact width you want to cover. Each drapery panel is hand-sewn with adjustable drapery hooks already in place for the ultimate convenience.
Bottom hem is 4" and Side hems are 1 1/2"
Fullness of 2X
Three-fold pleats, tacked at top of panel
Pleat tacked 1/2" from top
This drapery will not come with a liner unless you add one. We strongly recommend adding a liner to protect your draperies from sun and heat damage. You can add a light-filtering liner, or room-darkening liner if you wish to darken the room more, when customizing your product.
The panel length reflects the height of the finished product, including the pleat. We recommend that the finished drapery length be ½” off the floor.
These panels coordinate beautifully with our Flat Roman Shade collection.
